Welcome to Sarah and the Stretch Wellbeing

Wellbeing is defined in the Oxford Dictionary as “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.”

But how do you define wellbeing? And more importantly — why might you not be feeling it?

Wellbeing means different things to different people. For some, it's improving fitness, reaching a goal weight, or managing stress. For others, it’s feeling connected, spiritually fulfilled, or confident in their own skin.
Sometimes, not feeling “well” is a mystery — even to ourselves.

That’s where Health and Wellness Coaching can help. By working together in a supportive, non-judgemental, and holistic way, we’ll uncover where you’re feeling stuck and create a clear path forward. Together, in a safe and encouraging space we will set realistic goals that are meaningful to you, helping you become a more vibrant, confident, and fulfilled version of yourself.

Are you ready to stretch your potential and live a life that truly feels good?

About Me

Born in the South East to loving but complex parents, I learned to navigate life early on,

developing coping strategies—some constructive, others not so much. Over the next

two decades, I experienced both exhilarating highs and profound challenges. Spending

parts of my twenties on the vibrant, creative island of Ibiza added a wild and formative

chapter to my story. In time, becoming a partner and a parent inspired me to reflect

and reshape my life with greater intention.

With a lifelong passion for living peacefully, joyfully, and with purpose, I’ve studied a variety of

disciplines and built a practical and holistic toolkit to support others. I combine personal life

experience with the latest mind-body science to offer coaching that helps people move from

surviving to thriving.

I’m also a qualified Yoga Teacher, having earned a Diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga —

the highest yoga teaching qualification available in the UK. The mental and physical benefits of

yoga have been truly transformative in my own life.

I have lived with digestive issues for 35 years, which inspired me to study Yoga for Digestive

Health with Yoga Campus. I’m passionate about food and, after running a small catering

company, I taught myself to cook and eat in a way that is both nourishing and joyful.

I qualified as a Health and Wellbeing Coach with Raw Horizons — one of the first organisations

recognised by the National Health Personal Care Institute of which I am now a member. I’m also an Associate Member of The Association of Coaching.

Testimonials

“Working with Sarah has been genuinely life-changing. From our very first session, I felt supported, heard, and motivated to make sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. Her approach is both compassionate and practical and she helped me build healthier habits without ever feeling overwhelmed. Since starting this course, I have more energy, better focus, and a much more positive relationship with my overall wellbeing. I’m so grateful for the guidance and accountability, and I would 100% recommend Sarah’s Health & Wellbeing coaching to anyone who would like to get their mojo back”.

“I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Sarah by a good friend, just at the right moment. I was ready to make changes in my life but needed guidance and support to know how best to achieve my goals. From the outset, Sarah made sure she clearly understood my wishes and explained carefully how we would take the steps to achieve them. Each session was structured, but there was always an opportunity for me to voice any specific concerns, experiences or emotions that I wanted to share. My aims were discussed and analysed and week by week, Sarah gave me the tools I needed to not just understand my current position, but to slowly address and amend my ingrained behaviours. No-one changes overnight, but I am willing and committed and the progress I have made in just six weeks is quite remarkable. Sarah follows up each session with a summary of what we have discussed and what I am to work on during the week. I also have my notes…and Sarah’s encouraging voice in my head!! But more than anything, I can see, most days, how the changes I am making are getting easier, more natural and more part of my normal life.”

“Thank you Sarah, I cannot recommend you highly enough”.
