Welcome to Sarah and The Stretch Wellbeing
What does wellbeing really mean?
The Oxford Dictionary defines it as “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.”
But for many of us, that definition can feel just out of reach.
Wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. For some, it means feeling fit and focused. For others, it's about managing stress, reconnecting with joy, or simply feeling at ease in their own skin. Sometimes, the absence of wellbeing is hard to pinpoint — we just know something feels off.
That’s where Health and Wellness Coaching comes in.
Through a supportive, non-judgemental, and holistic approach, I’ll help you identify what’s holding you back and create a clear, personalised path forward. Together, we’ll set realistic, meaningful goals that empower you to become the most vibrant, confident, and fulfilled version of yourself.
Are you ready to stretch into your full potential — and create a life that feels genuinely good?

About Me
I grew up in the South East with loving — yet complex — parents, learning early on how to navigate life with a mix of helpful and not-so-helpful coping strategies. My twenties included both the highs of creative freedom and the lows of personal struggle, especially during my time living on the vibrant island of Ibiza — a formative chapter that shaped who I am today.
Later, becoming a partner and a parent sparked a deeper desire to live with more intention. I’ve spent years studying holistic practices and building a toolkit that blends personal experience with mind-body science — all aimed at helping others move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher with a Diploma from The British Wheel of Yoga — the highest UK yoga teaching qualification. Yoga has profoundly transformed my own life, especially as someone who has lived with digestive issues for over 35 years. That journey led me to study Yoga for Digestive Health with Yoga Campus.
I’m also passionate about food and nourishment. After running a small catering business, I taught myself to cook in a way that’s both joyful and healing.
In 2025, I completed my coaching training with Raw Horizons, one of the first organisations accredited by the National Health Personal Care Institute. I’m currently an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.
