What Clients say

  • “Working with Sarah has been genuinely life-changing. From our very first session, I felt supported, heard, and motivated to make sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. Her approach is both compassionate and practical and she helped me build healthier habits without ever feeling overwhelmed. Since starting this course, I have more energy, better focus, and a much more positive relationship with my overall wellbeing. I’m so grateful for the guidance and accountability, and I would 100% recommend Sarah’s Health & Wellbeing coaching to anyone who would like to get their mojo back”.

  • I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Sarah by a good friend, just at the right moment. I was ready to make changes in my life but needed guidance and support to know how best to achieve my goals. From the outset, Sarah made sure she clearly understood my wishes and explained carefully how we would take the steps to achieve them. Each session was structured, but there was always an opportunity for me to voice any specific concerns, experiences or emotions that I wanted to share. My aims were discussed and analysed and week by week, Sarah gave me the tools I needed to not just understand my current position, but to slowly address and amend my ingrained behaviours. No-one changes overnight, but I am willing and committed and the progress I have made in just six weeks is quite remarkable. Sarah follows up each session with a summary of what we have discussed and what I am to work on during the week. I also have my notes…and Sarah’s encouraging voice in my head!! But more than anything, I can see, most days, how the changes I am making are getting easier, more natural and more part of my normal life.”

  • “ Working with Sarah has had a hugely positive impact on my life. I feel more balanced, confident and self-aware, with less self-doubt and a greater ability to manage my thoughts, energy and boundaries. The sessions have helped me make meaningful progress in my relationships, career, finances, fitness and personal growth. I am more proactive, accepting of myself and confident in taking action towards my goals”.

About Sarah | Accredited Coach & Mind-Body Specialist

I combine lived experience with evidence-based mind-body science to help clients move from surviving to thriving.

Born in the South East to loving but complex parents, I learned to navigate life early on, developing coping strategies along the way. Spending formative parts of my twenties in Ibiza added a vibrant chapter to my life, before becoming a partner and parent inspired me to reshape my journey with intention and purpose.

Having lived with digestive health challenges for over 35 years, I also bring a deep understanding of the gut-brain connection and the importance of nourishing food, having run a boutique catering business alongside my wellness studies.

Why I Became a Coach

I never set out to become a coach. In many ways, I became one by learning how to help myself first.

As I moved through my 40s and 50s, I was searching for a healthier, happier and more balanced way of living. I’d retrained as a yoga teacher, but I still struggled with IBS and had developed habits around food and wine that helped me unwind, but didn’t always leave me feeling my best.

I began to get curious about why I did the things I did. What was I really reaching for when I was tired, stressed or emotional? And why can changing habits feel so difficult, even when we know what we want to change?

Little by little, I discovered that small shifts could make a surprisingly big difference. I also found myself having these conversations with friends and family—listening, encouraging and helping them find their own way forward.

That’s when I realised I was already coaching.

Today, I help people understand their habits, make changes that feel achievable and create a life that feels good—not just one that looks healthy from the outside. And I certainly don’t believe wellbeing means giving up the pleasures of life. I still love a lovely glass of wine, a cocktail, dancing and a fabulous dinner. For me, it’s about balance, not perfection. Making choices that support you, while still enjoying the things that make life wonderful.

Because ultimately, wellbeing is about feeling good in your own life.
