A little about me

 I began my Yoga journey whilst living in Ibiza over twenty years ago. Some ten years later, after many years of suffering from digestive health issues such as IBS, I noticed that a regular Yoga practice improved my condition and overall health. Previous to this, I believed I needed fast-paced exercise, Yoga has taught me the beauty of slowing things down.

I am now mentally and physically stronger than I have ever been, this is due without doubt to the magical benefits of Yoga.

I am a Level 4 British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher. The British Wheel of Yoga is the governing body for Yoga in the UK. This qualification is the highest level of Yoga teaching currently available in the UK.

I have also studied 'Yoga Therapy for Digestive Health'  with Yogacampus UK allowing me to teach lessons and workshops with a focus on Digestive issues
